Job Summary: Administrative Assistant, is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting. Their duties include sorting and distributing mail throughout the office, greeting office visitors and directing them to employees and coordinating with Managers to schedule appointments or update schedules.
Job Responsibilities
- Answering the phone at a reception desk or in a specific department and transferring calls as needed and creating customer support tickets through our ZOHO DESK application
- Entering customer information and using ZOHO CRM
- Create documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails
- Making logistical arrangements for meetings or conferences
- Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
- Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
- Preparing or processing customer orders
- Packaging and shipping company materials
