Central Production Lead/Launch Support Central Office Full Time

Position Summary
The mission and role of this Central Production Lead is to oversee and implement the vision set forth by Vox Church. The role includes oversight of campus launches, fielding technical troubleshooting calls on Sundays, working with the Central production team to define and implement AVL protocols, supporting campus AVL systems through integration, and track warehouse inventory management. This includes leading a team of volunteers to integrate as well as support campus AVL systems. Ensures that AVL systems are up to date and able to carry out Vox Production’s vision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
CAMPUS AND LAUNCH SUPPORT
Sufficient knowledge in all things Vox Production to support 4-5 campus based on size, number of events, and location.

• Assists in Central special events which includes conferences, recordings, and special events happening throughout the year
• Assists in supporting campuses through system (software & hardware) maintenance, upkeep, and procurement
• Assists in writing and maintaining campus system protocol documents
• Leads volunteers in supporting special events and integrations
• Supports campuses through Sunday morning presence while also remotely supporting technical issues
• Supports campuses through completing weekly Production Support Requests

• Completes campus AVL integrations which includes new campus launches or new building installs.

CENTRAL SUPPORT
Part of the Central production team that works to support Central events and systems.

• Supports central events through technical and team development

• Assists in inventory and maintenance

• Ensures equipment is prepared for requests and events

• Responds with central team to tech and team requests.

IT
Connects Vox Team Members to 3rd Party company.

• Maximum of 2 hours a week, interfacing with Charles IT for Vox Requests

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• A passionate and deep relationship with Jesus Christ.
• A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others
• Able to work in a high-capacity environment with fast turnaround times.
• Active or willing to be at Vox Church
• Efficient in self-managing and working on multiple projects.
• Coachable, teachable, and flexible spirit
• Ability to lead a team
• Attentive to detail
• Knowledge of Audio, Video and Lighting system basics required
• Knowledge of Digico, GrandMA, Ross, and Blackmagic equipment preferred
• Warehouse management skills preferred
• 2-3 years of live AVL integration or events preferred
