SUMMARY
Organizes and manages various assignments and interoffice duties, while answering the telephone, directing calls, answering questions, and greeting visitors. In addition, there will be light accounting and data entry duties, having an accounting background would be a plus!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Answers telephones, routes and screens calls, responds to inquiries from the public, and provides information about the organization.
· Greets each visitor in a friendly, welcoming manner and ensures they sign in and out.
· Maintains professional appearance of lobby.
· Coordinates inbound and outbound office mail.
· Maintains spreadsheet by entering and totaling cash amounts received by check.
· Monitors access of visitors to the main building at MCF HQ facility
· Maintains companywide confidentially when answering calls, completing assignments, relaying messages, routing mail, and others.
· Prepares various documents and performs basic bookkeeping, word processing, and filing duties.
· Manages scheduling of the MCF Conference Room and other areas
· Monitors availability of personnel
· Scans and processes Proof of Delivery, Accounting Invoices, and other documents into documentation system.
· Transmits and delivers facsimiles using e-mail.
· Supports Administration and other internal departments with duties as assigned.
· Performs other duties as needed.

This job requires no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Receptionist/Front Desk experience required.

Ability to build rapport with customers and coworkers and to project a calm, positive image while under stress and dealing with difficult problems and people. This job requires daily contact with supervisors, managers, employees, and customers. Receptionists have a unique responsibility of making a good first impression, which can impact the success of MCF for a long time. Typically, these are the first people that visitors interact with, so this person must be extremely friendly, professional, and helpful.
