Office Worker - Customer Support

Manufacturing Production company looking for a Full-time Monday-Friday well-rounded Office Worker; good phone skills, computer ability, familiar with Microsoft Office, numerical ability. Please note this is NOT a remote position. Please see details below:

· Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed

· Ability to understand the manufacturing process

· Coordinate between internal departments to ensure alignment on timely completion of orders; communicate professionally with customers as needed

· Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment, successfully coordinate and handle multiple tasks/activities simultaneously

· Serve as a liaison between external customers and internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction

· Proactively monitor order shipment dates, production schedules, completion dates, etc.,

· Utilize company databases to ensure procedures are followed, provide accurate information, and update documents as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

· Quickbooks preferred

5 years experience in manufacturing environment preferred

· Knowledge and experience in Epicor’s Vantage ERP system preferred

· Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required

· Must be a self-starter, projecting a positive attitude and be able to effectively function in a fast paced environment

· Excellent follow-up and problem solving skills

· Attention to detail is critical for this role

· Strong communication skills, written and verbal

· Professional and articulate demeanor
