Care Finders Total Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an Office Support Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part of ensuring our office operations run smoothly. You will report to the local Branch Manager.
You will:
- Provide all callers, staff, and visitors with a pleasant introduction to CareFinders Total Care.
- Support other Branch departments as directed by management.
- Assist with answering phones and handle all calls from potential applicants
- Assist with Branch projects as assigned which may include, but are not limited to, printing of documents, faxing, and follow-up with external contracts, filing, etc.
- Input all new hires into the required Database.
- File documentation and all related paperwork.
- Monitor and track ongoing employee compliance requirements
- Screen resumes, interview candidates
- Assign and schedule field staff to provide care and services for patients under the direction of the manager
- Provide patients or families with accurate schedules; follow-up regarding: coverage, call-offs and cancellation of staff and keeps the clinical department informed as necessary
- Enter client data and visits into the scheduling system as required
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of patients and/or employee information in compliance with HIPAA rules. Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, company policies/procedures and accreditation standards.
- On-call rotation as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of home healthcare experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preffered
