Job description

Our company is looking for an Office Assistant to handle clerical tasks and assist the Customer Service representatives in that location. You will be handling daily data entry of customer orders, incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting customers, as well as managing files, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

  • Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
  • Sufficiently computer-literate to be able to learn how to utilize a variety of inventory management systems
  • Ability to write clearly and work in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle/prioritize multiple tasks at one time
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Have a valid driver license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
