```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our fast paced team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent computer literacy, and a background in the home service industry, PEST/TERMITE/RODENT control knowledge a PLUS. This position will involve various administrative tasks, including typing, customer service calls/emails/texts, dispatching and project coordination plus other tasks. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for front desk duties and maintaining phone etiquette.
```Duties:```
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Perform general office tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Greet and assist callers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and offer scheduling and support with their account
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience as a customer service rep is highly preferred
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette
