This position consist of providing administrative support to program and program staff. This position is client focused and will utilize excellent customer skills. It demands initiative, self direction, motivation, professionalism, time management and organizational skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork for program enrollment and completion.
- Maintain client and program records
- Accept and record payments, reconcile cash drawer
- Greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments
- Responds to inquiries in a cordial and professional manner
- Performs client data operations
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Prepares reports and correspondence
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum two years office experience; Knowledge of commonly accepted office practices
Minimum two years customer service
Ability to work independently, problem solve and effectively collaborate with a team
Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, word, excel, internet searches
Excellent organizational and time management skills'

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
