'Summary: Performs assigned tasks as a member of a Support team, with warranty business process to achieve business objectives by following process definition, reporting, and documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supports Warranty Business Process and Various Administration Processes
* Implements processes in support of warranty administration needs, utilizing data entry, date reports and administration tools.
* Promotes teamwork and cooperative effort
* Provides internal and external customers with the highest quality of services and communication.
* Understands and applies appropriate process continuous improvement. Minimum
Qualifications/Experience:
* AA degree in Business Administration with coursework in Business or Quality related fields.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Proficiency in computer skills including use of the Internet.
* Ability to quickly learn and work in various computer system applications.
* Professional communication for customer collaboration.
