Job Summary: The Office Specialist II schedules and/or reschedules patient appointments in an efficient and timely manner.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma. Must have one year of work experience, preferably in a health care organization. Knowledge of medical terminology desirable. Word processing and computer experience.
