Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate degree preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in a Customer Service role with an emphasis on Sales.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Strong interpersonal skills: You are committed to providing outstanding Customer Service and demonstrate that you can work effectively with others in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Excellent organizational skills: You can coordinate multiple projects to work effectively under pressure and to meet prescribed deadlines.
• Capable of handling confidential matters with discretion and good judgment.
• Management of CRM software and the client pipeline to include scheduling appointments with clients and the preparation of quotes.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills and management of the following software applications: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Calendar, Go High Level, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook
• Telephone skills: You can speak clearly and in a professional manner to be understood and are able to follow all guidelines of telephone communication etiquette.
• Proactivity: You do not wait to be told what to do and are always one step ahead.
• Positivity: You maintain a positive attitude. You do not let challenging people or situations bring you down. Cheerfulness is at the core of your personality.
• Ability to work independently: You are self-motivated, self-directed, and love to cross off tasks from the list; you make things happen, then move on to the next project with minimal supervision.

Job Details:

Carolina Fun Factory, based out of Sanford NC, is an Party Rental Company that is immediately hiring an outgoing CUSTOMER SERVICE team member with an emphasis on SALES. The right candidate will have a friendly and professional personality and thrive on meeting or beating sales goals, and assisting customers who are placing their orders for Party Rental equipment. Additional duties will include confirming order details by phone with existing customers for accuracy and outbound sales calls to previous clients, new clients to include: churches, schools, and corporate event planners to attract more business.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
