ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Webb - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work closely as part of a sales team to meet common goals.
• Help people to understand the value of insurance as a way of protecting what's most important in their life.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations through friendly introductions and excellent follow-up.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must either have/obtain California Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days.
• Experiencing managing client relationships preferred
• Interest in introducing products and services based on each customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Excellent learner who thrives in a coaching environment.
