As Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Webb - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work closely as part of a sales team to meet common goals.
- Help people to understand the value of insurance as a way of protecting what's most important in their life.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations through friendly introductions and excellent follow-up.
- Must either have/obtain California Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days.
- Experiencing managing client relationships preferred
- Interest in introducing products and services based on each customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Excellent learner who thrives in a coaching environment.
- Able to effectively build lasting customer relationships.
