We are looking for a responsible Contract Administrator/office manager to join our team. The position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Your main duties will be to prepare, negotiate and review various subcontractors' proposals and contracts. A successful Contract Administrator will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks for our company. You should analyze contracts with an eye toward reducing costs and change orders, while ensuring compliance plans.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare subcontracts, Letter of Intent, AND Purchase Orders.
- Enter Schedule of Values.
- Familiar with preliminary notices and releases.
- Process Subcontractors payments (A/P)
- Familiar with city inspections requests and permit processing.
- Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shipping)
- Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
- Process RFI's and Change orders, as needed.
- * Knowledgeable with AIA invoicing*
- Must have a reliable vehicle and able to commute to office and be available to run errands.*
- Must have Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Skills
- Knowledge with General Ledger posting
- Knowledge with Profit & Loss Reports
- Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or relevant role
- Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
- Familiarity with accounting procedures
- Excellent writing skills
- Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
