Job Description
Immediate opening in a small, business casual office for an Office Manager who can help with a variety of office duties, incuding billing. The pay range for this opportunity is $18-20/hr, depending on experience and education.
Duties:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Bank deposits
- Administrative tasks, including creating reports
- Assist with some compliance and human resource activities
- 3+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
- On-site, Monday-Friday
