Office Manager/Billing Clerk

Immediate opening in a small, business casual office for an Office Manager who can help with a variety of office duties, incuding billing. The pay range for this opportunity is $18-20/hr, depending on experience and education.

Duties:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconciliations
• Journal entries
• Bank deposits
• Administrative tasks, including creating reports
• Assist with some compliance and human resource activities

 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
• On-site, Monday-Friday
