Job Title: Office Manager
Location: 1415 S. Allec St., Anaheim CA 92805
Terms: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary/Rate: $70,000 annually
ABOUT US:
McGraw Mfg. is a mid-size company, of approximately 60 employees, that specializes in making aluminum and bronze castings. We also have an in-house machine shop with skilled CNC machinists to offer our customers machining services for their castings.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking an experienced, team-oriented, Spanish-speaking Office Manager. This role will report to the Vice President and President of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly manage the daily operations and performance of the front office, foundry and machine shop including, but not limited to:
- Maintaining and organizing office operations, procedures and file systems
- Preparing weekly payroll reports
- All customer invoicing and inquiries
- Human Resources including Workers’ Compensation claims
- Hiring and terminating employees
- Monitoring foundry schedules and productivity. Ensuring shipments are scheduled on a timely basis
- Working closely with foundry managers to monitor: casting production progress, operational and quality issues, potential areas of concern
- Scheduling monthly/quarterly training and safety meetings as well as keeping records with the findings/outcomes
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of relevant management experience
- Experience with HR tasks and responsibilities
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- Exude professional demeanor at all times and enforce the same with foundry employees
- Bilingual English and Spanish
