Responsibilities include:
u Office Management
a) Work with agency to find a new office and drive the office moving、renovation and all related issues
b) Office visitor reception/access control / Office rent payment
c) Office equipment maintenance and assets management (Non-technical equipment)
d) Manage and renewal office liability insurance (per year)
e) Other office management issues
u Admin & HR
a) Working lunch/Drinking water order (Once a week)
b) Payroll processing (bi-weekly)
c) Manage 401K, health insurance, FSA, HSA, PTO, etc.
d) Assist the recruitment team in developing local recruitment channels, set up company account of local recruitment website (Indeed/Linked In/Monster etc.), and complete the job posting as per requirement.
e) Support new hires' onboarding and employee resignation handling
f) Assist China HR team in implementing all company policies
g) Other local HR support issues.
u Others
a) Support the China team in completing local IT/Procurement issues
b) Support China finance team and local finance contractor to complete some basic work, like receiving invoices/ arrange payments, etc.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors’ Degree or above, open to all backgrounds from accredited 4-year university/college
· 2-5 years’ experience in office management and/or HR is a plus
· Strong communication skills, able to handle cross-functional teamwork.
- Can speak Mandarin
- Have US work permit or US citizen.
