This position oversees our Client Service Representative and Service Coordinator teams. This position plays a key role in the hospital to ensure success related to the hospital providing quality patient care and excellent client service; management of finances and accounting; marketing and promotion of services; staffing and staff management; and discretionary activities, that serve to support effective business operations.

Required Skills
The individual that we are seeking for this position should have a variety of skills to be successful in this position including but not limited too;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Able to handle multiple priorities at once
- Able to provide excellent client service and coach a team of associates to the same expectation
- Knowledge and ability to use a variety of computer systems in an efficient manner
- Possess excellent leadership skills, ability to inspire, delegate and direct
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a client relations position
- 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
- 2 years experience in Veterinary Industry
Physical Requirements:
- Valid Driver's license
- Willing and able to stand for periods of time
- Allergies to animals must be controllable through medication
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Must be willing to work irregular hours under pressure conditions
- This position requires the ability to walk, bend, stand and reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day
- Visual acuity sufficient to maintain accurate records; recognizes people and understands written directions
- Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand, give information in person and over the telephone
- Fine motor skills adequate for utilizing office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and computer keyboards
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
Compensation:
Salary - $66,560 - $74,880
