Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic Office Manager to lead and support our wonderful team of Trainees and Associates at a community mental health clinic! This individual will often be the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, therefore we are looking for someone who is comfortable with customer service and management, and possesses strong communication skills.
- Oversees daily operations of the office
- Responsible for all client charges
- Prepares monthly payroll
- Manages phones and internal/external email correspondence
- Greets clients and maintains office book keeping
- Assists with training and hiring of new trainees
- Works directly with Clinical Supervisory team
- Supports Program Coordinator team
- Assists and works closely with Executive Director
- Manages and routinely organizes office space
Skills required:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Applications (Mainly Word and Excel)
- Knowledge in Dropbox
- Good with time management and strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Good at multitasking
- Most Importantly - A team player
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
