Office Manager

Seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our rapidly growing practice. If you enjoy working with a motivated team that is compassionate about working with children , then we would love to meet you.

We are a fun space themed pediatric dental office. We work out of our Port Royal location 3 to 4 days a week and from our Hilton Head office 2 to 3 days per month.

Our hours are Monday- Thursday 8am to 5pm with occasional Fridays as needed

Scrubs are provided

We offer monthly bonuses and PTO

Some of your duties may include:

• Give counsel, recognition and training of employees
• Work with Insurance billing & accounts coordinator to complete insurance request and mail statements
• Handle patient accounting and insurance calls
• Run AR report and send patient statements
• Daily Schedule Audit
• Run Monthly reports
• Coordinate and schedule hospital cases
• Problem Solving and handling multiple tasks at once
• Able to increase revenue each year & profit; controlling costs to meet monthly budgets
• Ensuring office compliance, policies and procedures
• Partner with Managing Dentist to promote clinical and administrative leadership

Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of medical office management experience preferred. Excellent communication skills is a must. Able to present financial arrangements. Hands-on experience with computerized billing systems. Knowledge in finance, human resource management, and principles of business preferred.

Bilingual: English & Spanish a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
