As the Office Manager at PRMA, you hold a pivotal role in ensuring our practice operates not just efficiently, but with a soul. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, leading our administrative team, and ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee Daily Clinic Operations: Ensure the smooth execution of daily activities aligning with our mission, emphasizing safety and accuracy in every task.
· Enforce Safety and Compliance: Create and maintain a secure, healthy workplace by setting and adhering to safety protocols and legal guidelines.
· Optimize Clinic Performance: In collaboration with the General Manager (GM) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), enhance surgical case volume and physician efficiency, leveraging patient metrics.
· Foster Organizational Excellence: Be a pivotal support for staff and physicians, enhancing engagement, leadership skills, and collaborative efforts across the organization.
· Elevate Patient Care: Guide staff in providing outstanding patient experiences through effective instruction and mentoring.
· Develop Employee Potential: Coordinate and oversee the training programs for new hires, ensuring their successful integration and ongoing development within their roles.
· Boost Performance Levels: Engage with team members to elevate their performance individually and departmentally, focusing on continuous improvement.
· Manage Provider Schedules: Take charge of all scheduling aspects for providers, ensuring optimal clinic operation and efficient utilization of staff resources.

Qualifications:
· Required: College Graduate. Preferred field of study in Business Administration, Management, or related field
· Required: Proven experience in office management, preferably in healthcare settings.
