WHY YOU WOULD BE A FIT?

The Supply Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and executing our strategy for recruiting, onboarding and managing courier partners nationwide and optimizing Dispatch supply chain. This is a critical position that will ensure a continuous flow of resources, essential for our last mile delivery operations.


YOUR ASSIGNMENT

  • Own the targets, execution and management for regional, multi-state, and national Courier Partners across key markets in the US:

  • Develop and execute strategy for Partner Channel Development, including Territory Growth plans, Coverage Models, Revenue Splits, SLA Attainment and Issue Resolution
  • Ensure Courier Partners evolve to support Dispatch’s growth goals and go to market strategies.
  • Through regular analysis on growth metrics and current courier performance, implement creative strategies to orchestrate our third party supply.
  • Predict future supply needs using historical and market data as well as forecasts
  • Identify and recruit new partners, based on Growth plans and Coverage model
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure maximum value and reliability.
  • Streamline and manage the onboarding process for new partners.
  • Measure and manage our courier partnerships to exceed internal quality and performance standards and deliver consistent volume to our customers.
  • Monitor and analyze the supply marketplace for emerging trends and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize the supply chain process.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM & DISPATCH
  • Experience: We are looking for someone with experience in previous Partnerships roles that have deep knowledge of supply chain & partner management best practices, especially in logistics and Final Mile transportation
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to juggle multiple partner management responsibilities while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Relationship Management: Experience bringing tactical and strategic added value to partner relationships, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in an ever-changing startup environment, and successfully prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team Collaboration: Proven experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and customer service excellence
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to pick out themes from independent conversations, identify emerging business trends and recommend solutions
  • Data Driven: Proficiency in analyzing data with the ability to manipulate large data sets using software

  • Compensation. The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 annually. We consider various factors in determining actual pay which include your skills, qualifications, experience, education or training, and location.
