A Learning Bee Academy STEMPREK opened in November 2017 and has a maximum enrollment of 180 children ages ranging from toddler to five years old. We promote kindergarten readiness ensuring all students master letters, sounds, numbers 1-30, shapes and colors, and become independent thinkers in A Learning Bee Academy, and master numbers 1-100, 50 sight words, early literacy, critical thinking skills, high cognitive skills, and understanding of STEM concepts in our STEM Preschool.

The Position:
The Enrollment and Marketing Services professional will provide support for newly enrolled parents as they navigate CCDF or OnMyWay Prek process after completing enrollment steps. Additionally, support new hires through orientation and curriculum design. Emphasis will be placed on guiding new applicants through enrollment documents required to attend our centers. The position will work closely with our director and must be proficient within the Customer Relationship Management Platform (Brightwheel). The position is hybrid as responsibilities are cross functional to include admission/recruitment; financial aid; registration/records; managing our bulletin boards for parent resources etc.
.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a daily resource for those families needing enrollment services
- Maintain and monitor electronic student record systems (i.e. shot records/physical forms, nutritional forms etc).
- Provide operational support for our Scholarship program working closely with our partners.
- Participate in shared projects in coordinating and executing campus events such as, but not limited to, enrollment events, recruitment fairs, high school visits etc.
- Conduct targeted outreach to newly admitted students to coach them through their next steps and help prepare them through the first weeks of preschool/childcare.
- Assessment related responsibilities: Answer questions and assist families with processes related to viewing the school, curriculum, and schedule of center.
- Business Support related responsibilities: Assist director with completing Nutritional reports, Student file compliance, and Reports related to demographics

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree/certification with 3-4 years experience required or Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience
- Must have excellent written and customer service skills.
- Must demonstrate proven ability to identify key issues and to carry forward an idea or project from conception to execution.
- Track record of thinking conceptually and mastering complex subject matter quickly is required.
- Good judgment, discretion, tact and the ability to work easily with senior leaders within the higher education, charitable, government, and business sectors required.
- Must demonstrate ability to partner well with colleagues both in and outside of the organization.

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $42,000/annually
