50-year-old, award-winning landscape company is looking for its next Office Manager to oversee full spectrum of inner office needs including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking, Payroll Processing, Human Resources, and Benefits Administration
Other facets of the business the Office Manager will support:
Receptionist/phones – greet visitors
Assist Owner and Project Managers with the generation of proposals, contracts, and change orders
Assist with all estimating/bidding and blueprint document management
Locating plant material and warranty tracking
Job costing and progress billing/payment tracking
MS Office – must be fully versed in Word, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint
Quickbooks Desktop – (May eventually go to QB Online)
Payroll/Sales/Use Tax
Salary range $50-60k to start, increase after 90 days
