Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, human resources, and financial management. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations - Oversee financial management activities, including budgeting, billing, and payroll - Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical - Coordinate office activities and schedules to optimize productivity - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable laws and regulations - Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers - Assist with human resources functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations - Utilize dental office management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft to maintain patient records and schedule appointments Requirements: - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of human resources systems and practices - Familiarity with dental office operations is preferred - Proficient in financial management principles and practices - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Knowledge of managed care systems is a plus Join our team as an Office Manager and contribute to the success of our dental practice.
