Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
Process invoices, expenses, and payroll accurately.
Manage human resources tasks, including onboarding and employee records maintenance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Exemplary accounting and bookkeeping skills, with experience using QuickBooks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
