Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and agile Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think creatively, and is dedicated to helping our brokerage grow. This role will also involve aspects of transaction coordination, although it won't be the primary focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
    • Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment that reflects our brand and values.
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Manage schedules and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for the team.
  • Team Support:
  • Act as a liaison between agents, staff, and management, fostering strong relationships.
  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents and staff.
  • Assist with document management, including contracts and paperwork.
  • Handle incoming calls, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Encourage and facilitate creative thinking and innovation among the team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Be prepared to pivot and adapt to changes in the real estate industry and company strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a related role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to embody our core value of Communication.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and adapt to the ever-changing real estate environment.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
