Executive Assistant provides support on projects and/or requests from one of the Executive leaders of the Hegg Corporate Offices.
Job Requirements: Provides daily administrative and project support to the Executive Leadership Team. Administrative support consists of writing, editing, drafting and preparing memos on behalf of the team. Organizing, scheduling, and sending meeting requests as needed. Creates and maintains an office that provides and promotes an environment of success for all those working in it. The ability to multi-task and problem solve is important. Experience in confidentiality and dealing with sensitive information is preferred.
This position would typically be a Monday thru Friday position during normal office hours.
All candidates are required to pass and background check and drug test prior to hire. Hegg is an EEO.

Salary: $50,000.00 per year
