Qualifications include 5+ years of hands-on experience with payroll administration, general accounting, office management and benefits administration. A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Administration is highly preferred. Experience within the construction industry is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, flexible environment. Excellent communication skills and computer skills are essential to this position.
