The Office Manageris a full-time, salaried position that provides high level business and administrative support to leadership team. The ideal candidate is highly driven, professional, confidential and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven service organization within the animal welfare industry.
Pay: $50,000 annually.
- Provide logistical and administrative support, including wide variety of projects/tasks including reporting and data capturing for leadership team.
- Lead and organize employee events, meetings, board/committee meetings, employee engagement committee; take minutes when required, pick up and transport of supplies and donations.
- Supervise the purchase or lease of office supplies, furniture, and office equipment in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
- Assist with staff scheduling, timesheet audits, and staff on/offboarding with direction from leadership team.
- Serve as an administrator for the shelter software which includes overseeing access, technical support, reporting, etc.
- Liaison with external vendors: IT, phone, vending machines, waste management, etc.
- GPSPCA ambassador to donors, volunteers, community leaders.

Experience Requirements:
- 3-4 years administrative experience including 1-2 years within a corporate environment.
- Working knowledge of business office operations and processes; some knowledge of facilities management preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Specific emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- History of work efficiencies in project management and handling diverse tasks and details within time constraints.
- Known for trustworthiness, practicing strict level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent people skills; must be able to deal exceptionally well with diverse groups of people.
- High value for quality, compassion, teamwork, collaboration and fun!
- Able to work well under pressure within an ever-changing environment.

- Experience in animal shelter and/or nonprofit organizations a plus.
