As a Center-Based Office Manager with 360 Behavioral Health, you will be in our Long Beach Clinic.
We are looking for a partner who can be in- office, Monday- Friday, 8:00-5:00pm
Hourly Rate- $21.00-$31.00- Depends on Experience
The Office Manager is responsible for all the day-to-day office operations. The position will be the face clinic and will act as a liaison between the clinic and our clients. This is full-time and requires an individual who is extremely organized, has clear and concise communication skills and is customer service driven.
Office Manager Job Responsibilities
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing, and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standard, and making necessary adjustments.
- Completed operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information’ identifying trends.
- Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Office Manager Qualifications/ Skills:
- Two or more years of experience in office management
- Tracking budget expenses
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Delegation
- Managing processes
- Reporting skills
Education, Experience, and licensing requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two + years of experience in an office setting manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Pay range per the Pay Transparency Act $21.00- $31.00 per hour.
