WHO YOU ARE:
Arootah is searching for IPEC/ICF certified Executive Coaches to work with our Hedge Fund clients. As an Executive Coach, you will work with high-potential employees to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board.
WHAT YOU'LLDO:

• Use Arootah's coaching process and proprietary tools and technology with clients to support clients in getting from where they are to where they want to be
• Simplify and clarify goals
• Help the client develop realistic and effective monthly action plans for leadership growth
• Identify internal and contextual roadblocks

• Break apart goals into actionable steps
• Devise a plan of action for each goal
• Provide the client with resources associated with implementing their action plan
• Teach and mirror successful and positive emotional and behavioral techniques
• Evaluate each client's advancement toward goal actualization

• Maintain and share detailed and accurate records of coaching results (challenges, breakthroughs etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS& REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be legally eligible to work in the USA
• IPEC/ICF certified strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree

• 360 Assessment experience / certification
• Experience coaching C-suite executives
• Passion for helping others improve their health and wellness
• 5+ years of experience inexecutivecoaching and a business background
• Ability to build rapport and work with people from all over the world

• Effective communication
• Personable and relatability skills
• Basic computer skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

PREFERRED:

• Hogan certification is strongly preferred
• DiSC and/or EQ-i assessment experience is a plus
• Experience working and collaborating with remote teams
• Professional experience working in financial services or hedge funds is a plus

• Located in New York tri-state area

The hourly coaching rate of pay is expected to be:

• For B2C Executive Coaching Engagements minimum of $150 and a maximum of $500 per hour.
• For B2B Executive Coaching Engagements minimum of $5,000 and a maximum of $18,000 per engagement.

Actual compensation will be determined by several factors including, skills, specialization, accreditation, and years of experience
