SalaryAre you motivated and an experienced leader? Our PPO/Fee-for-service Dental Implant Practice in Palm Desert is looking for a Dental Office Manager to manage and coordinate front and back office. Must be familiar with general & specialty dentistry (OS, Implant, Pros).
Experienced management in dentistry is required.
The practice delivers comprehensive care for patients with focus on excellent customer service. 4M Dental Implant Center believes in taking care of their staff and making sure that everyone enjoys coming in to work everyday.
Responsibilities to include
- Manage employee relations and make sure staff have the necessary resources
- Manage provider schedules
- Greet patients and maintain professional appearance of practice
- Resolve patient issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee insurance billing and verification
- Oversee collections and accounts receivable
- Support marketing and promotion initiatives
- Patient/practice status reports/status meetings
- Generate monthly statistic reports
Requirements
- Knowledge of insurance eligibility/billing
- Experience with Carestack/Dexis
- Be comfortable in presenting treatment and discussing finances with patients especially with OS, Implant and Invisalign treatments
- Ensuring practice production and collection goals
- Must be professional
- Must be able to put a systems in place for front office and back office.
- Must be outgoing, compassionate, patient, detail oriented, organized and can handle stressful situations
Salary commensurate with experience.
