Job Description
A growing National Brand Adhesive Company is looking for a Part-time AR/AP Clerk. Responsibilities include processing accounts receivable / accounts payable transactions, and to efficiently and effectively perform general office activities including, but not limited to the following:
• Verify and enter received items and invoices into the accounts payable system.
• Verify and enter payments into the accounting system
• Prepare bank deposits
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, Crystal
• Check voice messages on a daily basis
• Typing, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, emailing and maintain current project folders
• Process mail,
• Other light duty, general office work (such as ship small orders and sample requests)
• Work Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Requirements
• Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
• Dependable, great attitude and self-motivated
• Strong computer skills in MS Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a MUST.
