Pay for this position will be between $80,000-$100,000 commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the complete financial statement and submit it to the manufacturer by the 10 day of each month
- Interpret and analyze the financial statement continually
- Keep the General Manager and Dealer informed about the trends and the cash needs of the business
- Oversee office staff including accounts payable/receivable, and title clerk
- Approve adjustments to inventory, COS, and expense accounts
- Administer payroll policies
- Coordinate and prepare annual End-of-year reconciliations for all accounts and physical inventories
- Maintain and post monthly standard entries
- Set up fixed asset and prepaid asset accounts
- Prepare a daily cash report
- Set up and maintain accruals for expenses
- Run and review expense trend reports monthly
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting plus two years of relevant experience in a dealership setting or a combination of relevant education and experience
- Ability to explain technical financial information
- Working knowledge of dealership financial statements is preferred
- Ability to effectively manage a team in order to achieve desired departmental goals
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Comfortable interacting and dealing with internal and external customers
- Able to present self in a professional manner
