Two Guys Pet Supplies owns a variety of pet related businesses; retail, online presence, grooming facilities, and training facilities. It is a VT and NH based company, with three locations in Vermont and one in New Hampshire. Our offices are located at 648 Putney Road, Brattleboro, VT 05301, which is where most of your work will take place.
Work takes place in newly renovated office space that has four offices with a kitchen, bath, and living room area.
This position is a mix of things; onboarding employees, entering their info into payroll company's system, data entry into quickbooks, bill pay, processing time sheets, and general assistance to the owner and CPA.
Duties
- enter all weekly invoices and credit memos into quickbooks.
- handle coupons, sorting, sending to clearing houses.
- collect payroll reports and send to payroll company.
- enter daily sales into QB.
- renew state licenses and compliance when due.
- weekly sales synopsis for managers and owners
- monthly sales tax payments.
- filing of credit card slips and invoices per year.
This is a developing role with a growing company. Each day may be slightly different, so someone who is quick on their feet, with a solid problem solving mindset, will thrive.
