Data Management and Administration
- Serve as primary administrator of the parish database (Realm), perform regular data maintenance, participate in continuing education opportunities to improve ministerial and operational functionality of Realm database
- Support staff and lay leaders and onboard new parishioners
- Record keeping, including membership, sacramental worship attendance and the annual Parochial Report required by the Episcopal Church
Office Management
- Answer the phones, welcome guests; keep work environment clean and inviting
- Maintain office supplies and oversee office equipment
Worship Support and Administration
- Produce weekly and special worship leaflets in collaboration with clergy and other staff or lay leaders
- Provide administrative support for lay leaders who schedule and manage various parishioners who participate in and serve during weekly worship
- Livestream administration: ensure weekly service link is uploaded; be the primary relationship between the parish and LocalLive (service provider)
- Coordinate special services
Communications Support and Calendar Management
- Work collaboratively with Communications Administrator to ensure that detailed information and events are published in the weekly e-newsletter
- Manage the master calendar; oversee the annual calendering process with staff and lay leaders
- Responsible for calendaring all internal and external groups on campus
Oversee Seasonal and Special Mailings
- Seasonal - Christmas, Easter and Stewardship General Mailings (fall)
- Music & Arts
- Thank you notes to parishioners who have made pledges to the Annual Appeal
Facility Usage
- Primary contact for groups who wish to use our space
- Maintain data of groups who use our space on a regular basis
- Provide any pertinent “contracts” with outside groups
- Responsible for billing external groups for facility use
Skills and Qualifications
- Word processing; Google Suite; Microsoft and Dropbox
- Database management
- Ability to operate office machines; computer, copier
