Position Overview:
The Office Manager at Belmire Premier Landscape Solutions will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a leadership role, has a strong sense of responsibility, and is ready to contribute to the growth of our company. Key Responsibilities:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role within a corporate setting.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks efficiently.
- HR/Hiring/Interviewing: Take charge of human resources responsibilities, including hiring and conducting interviews.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, clients, and management.
- Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Calendar Management Tools: Knowledge of calendar management tools such as Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook for efficient
- Supervisory Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in office management or a supervisory role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Safety Meetings: Document regular safety meetings to ensure a secure working environment.
- Point Person for Staff: Act as the main point of contact for staff, directing messages to owners and providing guidance when needed.
- Engage in Strategy Meetings: Collaborate with owners in strategy meetings, contributing valuable insights to drive the company's success.
- Organize Company Events: Coordinate and plan various company events, such as barbecues, holiday parties, and quarterly celebrations.
- Timecards: Manage time cards, handle changes, and update the system to ensure accurate records.
- Ordering Business Cards and Uniforms: Procure necessary supplies, including business cards and uniforms, ensuring a polished and professional image.
- Coordinate Website: Work closely with the website team to ensure our online presence is up-to-date and reflective of our company's values.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a hiring salary of $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience. We offer Healthcare insurance, dental, and unlimited PTO.
