Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, as well as experience in office management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including responding to vendors and answering phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, such as accounts receivables/payables and bank reconciliation.
- Handle vendor management, including payments and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
-Handle invoicing, truck travel records and liscensing.
- Oversee office maintenance and supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and equipment is properly maintained.
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management and fiscal duties.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using various software applications e.g., Quickbooks, Excel.
-Knowledge of truck repair/towing service is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
