Office Manager

As the Office Manager, you will be coordinating and organizing administrative duties and office procedures. You are also responsible for the daily operations of the business.

Requirements

• Skills include proven experience in Office management and administrative assistance.
• Basic accounting experience would be a valuable asset to this role.
• Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff.
• This position is the first point of contact for both internal and external partners within the office environment.
• Partner with management to ensure strategic company goals are aligned with business initiatives.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook in particular). At least two years of experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for report assignments, vendor agreements, etc.
• Candidates with a background in accounting or familiarity with financial management principles are encouraged to apply.
• Attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed correctly.
• Pleasant and positive interpersonal skills for interaction with employees, supervisors, and other departments.
