Job Description
As the Office Manager, you will be coordinating and organizing administrative duties and office procedures. You are also responsible for the daily operations of the business.
Requirements
- Skills include proven experience in Office management and administrative assistance.
- Basic accounting experience would be a valuable asset to this role.
- Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff.
- This position is the first point of contact for both internal and external partners within the office environment.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic company goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook in particular). At least two years of experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication for report assignments, vendor agreements, etc.
- Candidates with a background in accounting or familiarity with financial management principles are encouraged to apply.
- Attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed correctly.
- Pleasant and positive interpersonal skills for interaction with employees, supervisors, and other departments.
