After four years, our former Office Manager has decided to pursue other interests. We are searching for an honest, hardworking individual to help keep our facility operations streamlined and efficient. The ideal candidate will present well, articulate clearly, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and have a positive attitude.
```Duties```
1. Payroll.
2. Manage employee and client scheduling.
3. Track and maintain inventory.
4. Order products.
5. Coordinate with marketing.
6. Maintain website.
7. Respond to queries on the website.
8. Respond to emails.
9. Superuser for EMR.
10. Track expenses.
11. Coordinate with the owner to pay expenses.
12. Manage the office budget.
13. Organize office operations and procedures,
14. Paid attendance at social functions to represent the facility – Chamber of Commerce, etc.
