OFFICE MANAGER
Position Overview:
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office. This role requires someone who is not only proficient in computer skills and typing but also possesses excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and vendors. Additionally, light housekeeping duties will be part of the responsibilities to ensure a clean and organized workspace. The Office Manager will also handle preparing deposits, managing correspondence, and assisting with accounts payable tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment through light housekeeping duties.
- Prepare bank deposits and reconcile discrepancies as needed.

- Assist in accounts payable tasks such as processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Manager or similar position.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

SITE MANAGER
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our housing site. The ideal candidate will have previous housing experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, proficiency in computer usage, and the ability to perform light maintenance and housekeeping duties as needed. We are a senior housing complex with HUD section 8/202 affordable housing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, fostering positive relationships with residents.
- Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate records of tenant information, maintenance requests, and property inspections.
- Collaborate with property management team members to implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Perform light maintenance and housekeeping tasks as necessary to uphold the appearance and functionality of the property.
