My Health Onsite operates onsite and near-site health and wellness centers. We deliver advanced personalized work-site healthcare solutions to employers that enhance patient engagement while proactively improving healthcare outcomes. Our medical team takes time to build strong relationships. No one is rushed in and out, and no one is a “number.” Patients may access a range of medical services including x-ray, an onsite pharmacy, wellness services, treatment for acute illnesses and chronic conditions. Our programs go beyond caring for the sick and injured – we make prevention our number one goal.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4p OR 8:30a-4:30p OR 9a-5p
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist the corporate team with various operational administrative tasks
- Assist with the preparation of documents & spreadsheets, drafting routine letters and other correspondence
- Track information on spreadsheets in Excel and/or other task management software and databases
- Maintain patient confidence and ensure confidentiality of patient care information by following all HIPAA laws
- Perform general office duties such as sorting mail, making copies, answering phone, scanning, faxing and ordering supplies
- Process incoming medical records requests
- Other duties and tasks as requested
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Prior experience in medical setting and with EMR
- Ability to take initiative, be proactive, flexible and responsible
- Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to effectively communicate using excellent written and verbal skills
- Friendly personality and ability to work well as a team member
