Summary: Assists with scheduling survey field crews, manage the front office desk, take calls, and other basic administrative tasks.
General Responsibilities:
- Scheduling field crews
- Corresponding with Construction Superintendents
- Tracking to make sure requested items are submitted/sent out on time.
- Basic admin tasks including addressing visitors and answering calls while at the front desk.
- Receives and relays incoming calls and takes messages in a timely manner.
- Performs general clerical duties such as typing, filing, sorting, organizing, proposal writing as requested.
- Be proactive in duties and assignments.
- Assist other areas as time permits.
- Be able to multitask in a high paced environment.
Required Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Pay close attention to detail.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Power Point is a plus.
- Accurate and fast typing skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
