Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Site contact for Summit/CityMD/Village- calls emails, etc.
  • Provide security access cards to staff as directed
  • On site company contact for the building Landlord and maintenance team
    • Coordinate cleaning services
    • Coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Provide access for all visitors
  • Assist with scheduling conference, training, & visitor rooms
  • Maintain & order office supplies
  • Coordinate & assist with DTO to assure offices have appropriate number of providers
  • Assist with CMO & Operations Leadership scheduling
  • Assist with EHR functions (remotely) as directed by Operations Leadership
    • patient call backs
    • appointment verifications
    • follow up on delayed testing
  • Assist with training new hire PSRs
  • Assist with retraining PSRs
  • Other duties as directed

Job Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High end retail experience a plus
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete delegated tasks in a reasonable span of time
  • Strong in both verbal and written communication

Education/Certifications/Licenses:
  • Strong knowledge of EMR
  • Computer programs, and good typing skills
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Bilingual a plus

Applies appropriate HIPAA compliance measures to the parameters within the specific position and role within the organization. Is viewed as a HIPAA role model and subject matter expert to other members of the team and/or department.

Demonstrates ability to determine best course of action for resolving issues based on presenting situation; able to assess and view situations from variety of perspectives; can identify the significant issues; solves problems and/or seeks appropriate guidance and/or escalates appropriately to manager(s) when needed; able to work independently and make appropriate decisions based upon the specific position.

Pay Range $26/hr to $30/hr
The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience and location of position.
