Office Coordinator (2+ Years Of Leadership Experience)

The Altoona office of Catholic Charities has an immediate opening for a full-time Office Coordinator with a work schedule of Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and organizing the daily functions of the office
• Providing leadership and guidance to office staff
• Providing administrative support
• Creating, implementing and overseeing best practices and procedures

Qualifications:

• Supportive of the mission of the Catholic Church
• Successful completion of applicable clearances and training
• Associate degree in business management and five years of experience
• Two years of leadership experience
• Experience with serving the needs of the vulnerable population

Pay: From $16.69 per hour
