The Altoona office of Catholic Charities has an immediate opening for a full-time Office Coordinator with a work schedule of Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing the daily functions of the office
- Providing leadership and guidance to office staff
- Providing administrative support
- Creating, implementing and overseeing best practices and procedures
Qualifications:
- Supportive of the mission of the Catholic Church
- Successful completion of applicable clearances and training
- Associate degree in business management and five years of experience
- Two years of leadership experience
- Experience with serving the needs of the vulnerable population
