Job Description
Hyattsville company is looking for a Office Clerk/Receptionist to manage our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Duties include providing administrative support across the organization, answer phone calls and emails, filing, greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, assisting with office management and accounting department tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must speak Spanish and English fluently
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and calculator
- 2 years of administrative
- Experience in construction industry
- Strong clerical skills and ability to communicate in writing and verbally
- High school degree required; higher education preferred
This is a full-time with benefit and salary commensurate with experience. Job hours are Mon thru Fri hours from 8 am to 5 pm with a one-hour lunch. Transportation is a must.
