Job Description
Magadia is seeking a Help Desk Clerk to support the Service Desk Department located in the Bethesda area. The ideal candidate would be able to start immediately and have an ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supporting the Service Desk Dept., through tickets or incoming calls, submitting.
- customer requests in the proper systems (FSS-Facility Service System/(IBM) and Archibus System)
- Document all work order requests on a filing record section.
- Answer phone call questions and responding emails.
- Answer calls and deliver messages to the Division Head.
- Support the Section Head Operations manager with the updates of equipment inventory.
- Customer requests updates, statuses, and feedback.
- Manage NAVSEA timekeeping records on ERP system.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports.
- The issuing, logging, and tracking of approximately 10 passenger vehicles.
- Process customer request for voicemail password change request.
- Provide temporary administrative back up support when needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- MS Office suite experience
- Excellent customer service
- General office skills
