The schedule for this role will be Monday-Friday. Candidate will be responsible for daily bank deposits, schedule reconciliation, insurance claims and other office/accounting help as needed.
What you will be doing as an Accounting Clerk:
Tabulates and posts data in record books
Computes wages, taxes, premiums, commissions, and payments
Records orders for merchandise or service
Prepares, issues, and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements and checks
Receives, counts, and pays out cash
What we are looking for:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Word and Excel
Excellent people & communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organization
Desire to learn and grow
High school diploma or GED
Automotive experience is preferred, not required
