SalarySuperstar Kids Services is an agency that specializes in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy. We provide in-home and school/daycare-based Behavior Therapy covering the following counties: Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Polk, and Lakes. Our mission is to help kids with their maladaptive behaviors and guide them to success.
Our agency is currently looking for an office clerk who can provide excellent customer service. The position comes with a high degree of organization, customer service, flexibility and self-management skills. We are looking for someone who is motivated and passionate about helping kids, to join our growing team and grow with us!
Responsibilities and Duties
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide excellent customer service to our clients and therapists.
Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls.
Greet persons entering the agency.
Explain processes and answer questions
Contributing to the team by accomplishing tasks as needed
Providing administrative and clerical support
Managing digital and hard-copy filing systems
Maintain virtual documents and make updates as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
