SalaryBlue Bell Creameries is seeking an Office Clerk for the St. Peters, MO location to start employment by *March 11, 2024.
An Office Clerk’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting all driver salespersons through the daily check in process, including reviewing the accuracy of invoices and payments;
- Compiling daily sales reports and other necessary paperwork;
- Preparing and distributing promotional information and other necessary paperwork;
- Greeting and assisting walk-up visitors:
- Answering phones; and
- Performing other general office duties to assist the office manager.
- The position is full-time and pays hourly.
The typical hours vary based on the particular location.
The ideal candidate is dependable and personable with a strong attention to detail and good basic math skills.
